A merchant account in Digital Wizard is easy as 3 steps:

  2. Provide us the KYB details.
  3. Sign the contract.

Retailer Account:

This account type grants access to purchasing all digital products offered on the platform. Products can be acquired via Manual Orders, or through an API connected to your store. Activation of this account necessitates a complete KYB and Contract signing.

Supplier Account:

This account type enables users to become digital distributors on the platform. Setting up a Seller Account involves additional verification steps before gaining the ability to sell stock. It provides access to all platform features.

All product keys on the platform are delivered by our global suppliers. We have verified them thoroughly so that your business is 100% safe.

Yes, we supply products for a wide range of regions, depending on the product. In cases where a product is only redeemable in a specific region, a VPN may be required.

Here you can browse products by title, platform, region, language, and availability. You will see the summary of all your orders in the account dashboard. Your product keys will be delivered to the mentioned mailing address.

If you encounter any issues with the game key, such as it being previously used, invalid, or containing a missing letter, please carefully follow the provided instructions to address the problem. Verify that the key has not been duplicated in your system before taking any further action. Refrain from providing a replacement key or issuing a refund to your customer until you have received guidance from us. This precaution is in place to prevent potential fraudulent activities. Additionally, if the key appears to have been used, attach a screenshot of your communication with Origin, Steam, uPlay, etc.

Our game keys are sourced from official distributors, and the activation date can assist in resolving any duplication issues if none were reported in their system. If a key is reported as used after delivery to the customer, refrain from immediately refunding their funds. Please note that only complete applications will be processed. Once your complaint contains all necessary information, our Support Team will notify you accordingly.

All digital goods offered on Digital Wizard are presented in their unaltered versions. It’s important to note that if a game key is restricted in a particular country, such as Germany, Australia, or Japan, it cannot be redeemed there. Additionally, we do not assume any liability for purchases made on games with regional restrictions. Prior to completing a purchase, please verify that the key you select is free from any regional limitations.

Enjoy the flexibility of choosing from various international currencies, including EUR, USD, and SGD, for settlement options. Our clients also have the freedom to select their preferred Settlement Frequency, whether it’s weekly, every 15 days, or monthly. Our goal is to streamline our clients’ experience by saving them time and minimizing FX fees. Orders once created, are processed immediately and go straight to our system to be sent. We regret that, once processed, we cannot cancel or amend it unless under extreme circumstances.

We do not accept returns of unwanted or non-faulty items.

In the case of the files being already used, redeemed, corrupted, or not having the correct codes upon arrival, make sure to report to our customer service team within 3 working days via email at support@digitalwizard.com. All claims shall be waived if they fall outside this time frame.

If liability is accepted, we will offset it from the settlement for the cost of the goods or resend new products. Liability will never exceed the value of the goods.

Our delivery times vary depending on the availability and stock levels at the time of ordering. On average we aim to complete full delivery of all orders within 3 working days unless otherwise specified. Please note that products will only be dispatched upon receipt of sums due in cleared funds in the Digitalwizard bank account unless agreed otherwise.
